Our products are available for delivery to Norway and the UK.
All prices are listed in GBP. Where you’ve requested delivery to an UK address, the price paid for the product will not include UK VAT. You will be responsible for the payment of VAT and any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country.
Lundhs AS (Bus. reg. no. 993 071 641), the owner of shop.lundhsrealstone.com, reserves the right to correct any errors that may arise due to technical reasons.
We use Klarna Checkout as a payment solution. Klarna Checkout is managed by Klarna AB. Secure payments are made by VISA/Mastercard, an invoice or another form of financing.
We deliver free of charge to the UK. Please note that you will be responsible for the payment of VAT and any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country. We always ship products as quickly as possible and no later than 7 working days after the order has been received, assuming a product is in stock. We will contact you by email in case of any back-order. In hectic periods, longer delivery times may occur.
We ship to the UK using DHL. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the address provided for the order is correct. If the package is not accepted within 7 days, the package will be sent in return to us. There is a fee of NOK 250 for unaccepted packages.
If a product has been damaged during shipping, please notify us of this immediately at email@example.com. It is important that you send us your full name and order number. In addition, please provide a complete description and pictures of the packaging and the product that was damaged. Take care of both the product and the packaging until you hear from us again.
Right of cancellation/returns
Private individuals have the right to cancel an order under the terms of Norwegian legislation. The right to return does not affect your statutory rights.
If you regret your purchase, return the unused and undamaged products in the original packaging so that we get them back within 14 days after your receival. You must ship with DHL and pay the cost for returning products yourself. Products returned without original packaging, showing signs of use or damage cannot be exchanged or returned. Include the completed cancellation form in the package when shipping back returns.

You are responsible for returning products to us intact and undamaged. Make sure that the products are properly packaged. Print the original DHL shipment and order number on the package. The numbers are found on your invoice. Deliver the package to the nearest DHL delivery point or contact DHL for collection.

Remember to include the cancellation form and your contact information so that we can find your order.
If you are using Slice it, your refund will be available as a positive balance in your account with Klarna. This allows you to purchase again using your account at any participating online stores.
If you have paid for your order with a card, the refund will be made back to the same card.
Returned or cancelled orders should first be registered with the online store. The refund will be processed within the next 14 days of the online store logging the returned or cancelled order.
